Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

At Little Sleepies, we’re committed to making the softest, safest, and most thoughtfully designed apparel for little ones and their families. As a Product Integrity Analyst, you’ll play a key role in upholding our brand’s reputation for quality and safety by supporting all aspects of product compliance, quality assurance, and testing across the product lifecycle.
This role sits at the intersection of compliance, product development, and production—ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about ensuring excellence at every step.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Ensure all raw materials and finished products meet applicable safety, performance,labeling, and regulatory standards (e.g., CPSC, CPSIA, REACH, ASTM).
  • Manage product testing, inspections, and compliance documentation across theproduct lifecycle
  • Review and approve third-party lab test reports for physical, chemical, and safetycompliance
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend solutions to design, sourcing, and productteams
  • Support all CPSC e-filing and documentation requirements, ensuring timely andaccurate submissions.
  • Develop and maintain risk assessments, compliance documentation, and technicalfiles for all SKUs
  • Analyze inspection results, testing data, and customer returns to identify trends androot causes
  • Track and report on vendor performance, inspection outcomes, and quality KPIs
  • Partner with Technical Design, Design, and Product Development to approvepre-production and TOP samples before full production.
  • Assist in scheduling and reviewing third-party audits (e.g., BSCI, SMETA, WRAP), andtrack findings
  • Partner with vendors to develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
  • Stay current on global regulatory updates, ethical sourcing standards, and industry best practices
