Job Summary: This role drives strategic execution and product growth initiatives across PayPal Canada's product portfolio. The person in this role will help design and launch new go-to-market approaches and identify in-year levers for product engagement and sales acceleration. They will partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into action — ensuring the Canadian market growth KPIs are met for consumers and merchants. There is an opportunity for the right candidate to oversee the product development and launch cycle from end to end. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product. Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making Monitors product profitability measures, including budget. Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed. Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities. Expected Qualifications: 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualification: 6+ years of relevant experience in strategic execution, go-to-market, or business operations roles Deep experience in Canadian payments landscape (consumer, small business, large enterprise or partnerships) Strong ability to advocate for customers through localizing and/or designing product solutions and creating compelling value propositions Demonstrated experience managing or driving cross-functional initiatives in dynamic, multi-product environments Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in French is an asset Prior experience in product development and management is an asset Subsidiary: PayPal Travel Percent: 0 - PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
