Through our Care at Home portfolio, we are reshaping how acute care is delivered—extending hospital‑grade care into homes, communities and virtual settings, supported by digitally enabled, clinically safe and deeply human models of care. As part of the Bringing Care Home (BCH) strategy, we are scaling acute‑at‑home services nationally, including Hospital in the Home, virtual acute pathways and new models of acute substitution. This is a rare opportunity to help design and scale care models that reduce unnecessary hospitalisation while improving patient and clinician experience. We’re now looking for a Product Lead – Acute to own and grow this critical portfolio. The opportunity As Product Lead – Acute, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for the acute care product portfolio delivered in the home. This is a senior product leadership role where you will translate strategy into real‑world impact—shaping care models, digital capability, funding pathways and operational readiness across multiple regions and hospital networks. You’ll work at the intersection of clinical care, digital enablement, operations, growth and system reform, helping St Vincent’s lead the next evolution of acute care in Australia. What you’ll do Own the acute product strategy and roadmap, aligned to the Bringing Care Home vision and system priorities Lead end‑to‑end product development, from discovery and design through to launch, optimisation and scale Design safe, evidence‑based acute care models suitable for delivery in the home, in close partnership with clinical leaders Integrate digital health, virtual care and remote monitoring into scalable, clinician‑friendly workflows Build and present business cases that balance outcomes, experience, commercial sustainability and system impact Partner with hospitals, growth and marketing teams to enable adoption, referrals and funding pathways Use data and insights to monitor performance, improve quality and continuously refine products About you You are a strategic, systems‑oriented product leader who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by purpose as well as performance. You bring: Proven experience leading complex products or services, ideally in healthcare, digital health or regulated environments Strong capability translating clinical, consumer and system insights into scalable solutions Commercial and analytical acumen, with confidence building and defending product business cases Experience working across multi‑stakeholder ecosystems and influencing without authority A track record of navigating ambiguity and delivering outcomes at scale Experience in acute care, virtual care or Hospital in the Home models is essential.
