Role Summary: The Product Lead role is focused on supporting Caseware revenue growth through product consulting, implementation support, client demonstrations, training delivery, and after-sales support, with a strong emphasis on customer onboarding, retention, and sales enablement. Key Required Experience & Skills: Strong hands-on experience in External Audit and/or Audit Consulting Practical experience using Caseware solutions Ability to deliver client demos, presentations, and training sessions Experience supporting implementation projects and after-sales support Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably ZOHO CRM) Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and professional English communication Requirements Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in External Audit / Audit Consulting, with direct exposure to Caseware and client engagement delivery.
