MAKE AN IMPACT Role Description Experience : 18+ Years Job Location : Bangalore/Chennai Notice Period: 0 - 30 days JD: Role : Drive the refinement, prioritisation, and execution of CFCR Product transformation roadmap with the Global Product Heads and Transformation Director Orchestrate and actively facilitate closure of measurable, tangible, impactful initiatives that directly impact Product Discovery and Delivery Drive alignment of transformation agenda with CFCR priorities and Bank’s broader strategic goals Business* Act as a trusted advisor for Product Delivery Teams: Chief Product Owners, Technology Leads Work closely with the Product teams to embed and sustain best practices on the ground Identify and proactively execute initiatives that improve client experience and productivity Collaborate, co-creates, and mobilises people by bringing them together into change agenda Reviews the Domain org design and product performance regularly and constantly seeks to 'shift left.' Product Management* • Enable product heads to create effective OKRs aligning to their product vision and roadmap • Liaise with product leadership to effectively manage product’s end to end product ownership • Ability to perform client/user research, validation, and enable continuous feedback loops • Hands-on experience with hypothesis-driven development, rapid prototyping, and experimentation. • Build empowered, cross-functional product teams with autonomy to solve problems. • Coach Domain/Product leaders to push decision making to the frontline aligning to business outcomes, market impact, and learning from product success/failure • Influence and align diverse business, technology, and client stakeholders around product vision and strategy Processes* • Identify process improvement levers using insights and lead the removal of organizational impediments constraining productivity, quality, flow, early risk mitigation and continuous improvement across CFCR • Continuously seeks to improve the org design, processes, governance, team design of the CFCR to minimise handoffs and dependencies. People & Talent* • Coaches hive leadership on servant leadership, improvement roadmaps, product roadmaps with clear customer focus and benefits. Risk Management* • Proactively and courageously identify, analyse, and steer solutions on organizational impediments and constraints to productivity, quality, early risk mitigation, and continuous delivery of value. Governance* • Speak up and proactively flag gaps and deviations to the key principles, Change Delivery Standards and Change Delivery Model as a Product Delivery organization, and steer execution of improvement plans to address them.
