We are looking for a Product Lead to join the Courier Acquisition & Onboarding team within the Courier product group. This team sits at the heart of Wolt’s growth. Our job is to ensure that anyone who wants to become a courier partner can discover Wolt, apply with ease, and get on the road quickly, confidently, and compliantly. We own the full funnel: from first touchpoint to activation, and everything in between. We obsess over removing friction, personalizing journeys for different markets, and building an onboarding experience that’s not only fast and efficient but also welcoming and supportive because the start of a courier’s journey defines the quality of our service for everyone.
In this role, you’ll lead Wolt’s courier acquisition funnel from awareness to onboarding and activation. You’ll own the product vision and roadmap, identifying and addressing funnel bottlenecks through data, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, engineering, design, and data, you’ll build seamless, scalable onboarding experiences. You’ll deeply understand courier needs and champion their journey, ensuring every step, from discovery to activation, is optimized and delightful.

You could come to this role from a multitude of different backgrounds, but ideally, you have
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing roles, with a strong track record managing user or merchant acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, or conversion journeys. Experience in logistics, gig economy, or three-sided marketplaces is a plus, but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. You communicate clearly, bring stakeholders together, and drive alignment in fast-moving, multicultural environments.
Desire to be in a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You’re comfortable driving the strategic vision while also getting hands-on, solving complex problems, and navigating ambiguity with a builder’s mindset.
A mixture of data analysis skills, engineering understanding, and business savvy — paired with the go-getter attitude of a “could-be startup CEO.” You’re confident digging into data, defining metrics, building dashboards, and running A/B tests — always balancing evidence with intuition.
Expertise in leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and data experts. You’re passionate about great UX and know how to collaborate with designers to ship beautiful, intuitive products.
