Pillar Strategy & Portfolio Develop the pillar strategy, portfolio structure, target segments, and annual impact/revenue targets in collaboration with Education, Programs, and Business Development. ​ Product Lifecycle Ownership Manage the planning, launch, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of all employability products in the pillar. Cohort Delivery Management Create delivery plans for all cohorts, hire and coordinate project-based and freelanced staff, co-coordinate instructors, and ensure timely, high-quality execution and a consistent learner experience. Revenue & Funding Model Management Design and manage the mix of paid, sponsored, and funded seats for pillar products, and contribute to achieving revenue and enrollment targets in collaboration with Business Development and Programs teams. Marketing & Product Positioning Work closely with Marketing and BDM to define product positioning, value propositions, key messages, and campaign priorities; provide stories, results, and content for communications; and, when needed, represent San3a Academy and the pillar in events, info sessions, school/company visits, and public-facing activities. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the main liaison between Education, Education Support Operations, Programs, Business Development, and Marketing to align planning, delivery, admissions, logistics, and reporting. Performance & Outcomes Tracking Define and monitor KPIs (completion, satisfaction, skills gain, employability outcomes), lead post-cohort reviews, and drive data-informed improvements in delivery and structure. Market, Employer & Partner Engagement Track labor market trends and employer needs; support employer and institutional engagement (guest speakers, mentorship, placements, sponsored cohorts); help translate partner expectations into concrete delivery and reporting plans. Documentation, Playbooks & Scalability Maintain pillar playbooks, workflows, templates, and risk registers to ensure consistency, replicability, and scalability across cohorts, regions, and partners. Operational Decision-Making & Team Leadership Make day-to-day delivery and operational decisions within agreed boundaries; recommend go/no-go decisions for cohorts; and provide guidance/leadership to coordinators or future team members assigned to the pillar. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field. 5+ years experience in program management, product management, education management, or operations (or a mix). At least 2 years in a lead, senior, or supervisory role. Proven experience managing multi-cohort or multi-stakeholder programs (education, training, or youth/employability focused). Strong customer service mindset and community-building mindset. Strategic level of conceptual independent thinking, and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication in Arabic and English. Ability to coordinate and influence across multiple teams without direct authority. Comfortable using basic digital tools: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and at least one project/CRM or LMS-type tool. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Postgraduate study or professional training in Education Management, Product Management, Project Management, Business, HRD, or related fields. Familiarity with makerspaces, Fab Labs, digital fabrication tools, and maker culture. Experience designing or delivering workshops. Experience in employability programs, youth development, workforce development, EdTech, or training. Experience working with employers, universities, or schools on talent, internships, or training programs. Prior experience mentoring or leading junior staff, coordinators, or interns.
