This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Lead - Finance Super App based in India. In this role, you will take ownership of major product domains within a fast-scaling financial super app, shaping strategy, execution, and outcomes across multiple squads. You will define product direction, set priorities, and establish standards that guide cross-functional teams working on complex financial journeys such as payments, insurance, savings, investing, and travel services. The position requires strong product leadership, combining strategic thinking with deep execution involvement to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable user impact. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business and regulatory constraints into clear, actionable product decisions. This is a leadership role with significant influence on both product vision and execution at scale. \n Accountabilities: Lead the product direction for key areas of the finance super app, defining vision, priorities, and success metrics across multiple squads. Set and maintain product roadmaps, standards, and execution frameworks for cross-functional teams. Guide Product Managers, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward aligned and effective delivery. Oversee product development across financial domains such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel. Translate regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical and scalable product solutions. Drive launch quality, ensuring strong execution, validation, and post-launch learning cycles. Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity, user value, and data-driven decision-making. Support continuous improvement by refining processes, priorities, and product outcomes across teams. Requirements: Strong experience in leading digital product areas, ideally across multiple squads or product streams. Proven ability to balance strategy, execution, user experience, data, engineering, and business priorities. Excellent judgment in prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing. Experience mentoring or leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional teams. Strong ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-changing environments. Ability to simplify complex financial systems into clear, user-friendly product experiences. Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer products is a strong advantage. Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership collaboration. Hands-on leadership style with ability to go deep into product details when needed.
