Enter our hero: YOU, our new Product Lead. This is not a traditional B2B SaaS product role. This is not a brand marketing role. This is real-world problem solving at the intersection of care delivery, logistics, patient behavior change, and engagement infrastructure. You’ll report directly to our Co-founder & Head of Product and ollaborate across ops, marketing, engineering, and partnerships to drive end-to-end activation and product adoption.
This is a role for someone who can operate across activation, engagement, retention, and system design - someone who’s led product in complex, cross-functional, ambiguous environments and wants to design how millions of people interact with their health journey at home.
We don’t care about specific years of experience, we care about your ability to move quickly, collaborate deeply, and bring structure to messiness. Bonus points if you’ve lived in the messy middle of healthcare, logistics, and digital product.

Responsibilities
  • Own the patient journey from first touch to long-term engagement
  • Architect our activation experience across referral, list-based, and DTC flows
  • Build elegant, empathetic experiences that help patients understand their care, complete insurance onboarding, receive their supplies, and stay engaged over time
  • Lead and scale patient-focused product
  • Collaborate with operations, care teams, engineering, and growth to define the roadmap
  • Build internal tooling and infrastructure to improve funnel efficiency, experimentation, and retention
  • Design systems that scale
  • Define and track patient and product KPIs across acquisition and engagement
  • Set up measurement infrastructure and experimentation systems to drive compounding improvement across funnels
  • Work cross-functionally across the business
  • Partner closely with our payer partnerships team to build experiences that help activate assigned populations from health plans
  • Support the provider channel by aligning product features with provider referral flows
  • Collaborate with the growth team on lifecycle strategy, messaging architecture, and conversion optimization
  • Balance quick wins with long-term strategy
  • Ship quickly, iterate constantly, and make sure everything we build serves our mission and drives measurable outcomes
