You don’t sit in an ivory tower – instead, you create an environment where the best ideas win and where everyone can contribute. You take ownership of key initiatives while working closely with the rest of the Product team (PM and Design) and Engineering to deliver measurable impact.

ABOUT US

Event Inc Group is the largest and leading platform for event locations in the German-speaking region. With only a few clickscompanies can select suitable locations for their next event -whether it’s a Christmas party, trainings or meetings. Throughout the entire process, we are at the customer’s side providing excellent support in finding the perfect venue ensuring it will be an unforgettable event. After already having conquered the DACH region, we are now going international to position ourselves as thefirst address for booking company events in Europe.
None of this would be possible without our strong, interdisciplinary team consisting of 70+ experts from a wide range of disciplines. In 2021, Event Inc and smart and more joined forces and together we now enable the best, fastest and most transparent event planning through excellent service and technology. Since September 2022, we count Aloom (DE) and Inspiratie op Locatie (NL) to the Event Inc Group as well. Since October 2023 Honest has reinforced our position in the southern part of Germany.

• You define clear success metrics for all roadmap initiatives and align them with business objectives and customer needs
• You facilitate product discovery workshops with colleagues from all departments as well as with customers and partners
• You create transparent communication channels to share product insights across the company
• You analyze user behavior data, identify adoption bottlenecks, and improve product-market fit
• You conduct regular customer interviews and market research to inform product decisions
• You support team development through regular feedback and knowledge sharing
• You monitor competitor moves and market trends to sharpen Event Inc’s positioning in the MICE market
• You foster cross-functional collaboration to drive user adoption and business outcomes
