(Product Manager + Product Designer | Hybrid Role) At Modernvet, we’re building technology to make pet healthcare more accessible and seamless. We’re looking for a Product Lead who can combine product thinking and product design to turn real problems into simple, impactful product experiences. This role is perfect for a builder — someone who enjoys understanding problems deeply, designing elegant solutions, and shipping improvements that actually move the business. You will work closely with engineering, medical, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to shape and deliver product experiences across our mobile app, website, and internal tools. What You’ll Do Own the Product End-to-End You’ll drive the full product lifecycle — from problem discovery to shipped product. Identify real problems from customers and internal teams Run product discovery and define clear solutions Design user flows and product experiences Work with engineers to build and launch features Measure results and continuously improve the product Build Products That Drive Impact Your work will directly improve: Customer retention Product conversion Revenue growth Operational efficiency for internal teams Shape the Product Experience As a hybrid PM + Designer, you will: Design clear, modern, mobile-first user experiences Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, flows, and UI design Maintain and improve the design system and component library Run quick usability tests and iterate fast What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who combines product thinking, design taste, and execution speed.
