You’ll tackle some of the toughest challenges in SaaS - scaling to billions of events, delivering real-time resilience, and enabling AI-driven innovation. Your work will directly impact hundreds of engineers inside monday.com and millions of end users worldwide. Requirements 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years driving technical or infrastructure products in high-scale SaaS. Demonstrated success building and scaling core platform capabilities - data pipelines, distributed systems, search, encryption, and real-time infrastructure. Expertise in designing resilient systems at scale, including guardrails, rate limiting, predictive scaling, and self-healing mechanisms. Technically fluent and empathetic: you can dive deep with engineers and explain complex concepts simply to executives. Strategic thinker and pragmatic builder - you set long-term vision while delivering iterative, measurable impact. Data-driven leader: you rely on metrics, telemetry, and experimentation to guide decisions. Excellent communicator and influencer: trusted by engineers, peers, and executives alike.
