THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

• 5+ years of experience in operational Supply Chain functions, Solution Engineering, (Enterprise) Supply Chain or Order Management Software, Supply Chain Business Analyst or comparable roles
• Experience in managing high performing teams is a plus
• Experience with Order Management software solutions, such as ERP, MRP, OMS or comparable solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and create alignment across different functions within an organization
• Track record of developing and shipping value-adding products
• Experience in (product) marketing, messaging and positioning is a plus
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (German is a plus)

THE ROLE:

You will build and lead a team of product managers that work directly with both customers, account teams and their counterparts in Product and Engineering on using Celonis to solve critical Supply Chain problems. Your focus will be on productizing valuable and scalable use cases and thereby impact and shape the future of Process Intelligence in Supply Chain. THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

• Lead a team of product managers, defining the product strategy and roadmap for the Order Management domain, within the broader context of our Supply Chain strategy
• Work closely with customers to understand their pain points with a focus on Order Management and adjacent areas
• Be involved in all steps within the product development lifecycle from ideation to product development to scaling solutions across all Celonis customers
• Use the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to develop new, innovative solutions in the area of Supply Chain
• Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to guide and influence feature development of the platform
• Work together with our UX team to define the user experience for our products
