This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 9 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time We are looking for a seasoned Product Lead to drive the strategy, execution, and growth of customer-first consumer technology products. This role is ideal for a hands-on Product Manager with 9–12 years of experience in building, scaling, and optimizing B2C digital products with a strong emphasis on customer retention, loyalty, and monetization. As a Product Lead, you will own critical product areas across the customer lifecycle—activation, engagement, retention, and revenue—while working closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business teams. You will combine strategic thinking with deep execution rigor to deliver products that customers love and that drive measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core consumer product features—from discovery and ideation to launch, iteration, and scaling Define and execute customer retention strategies, including engagement loops, habit-forming features, and lifecycle optimization initiatives Lead product initiatives around loyalty programs, rewards, subscriptions, and monetization models, ensuring alignment with customer value and business goals Deeply understand customer behavior through qualitative research, data analysis, cohort analysis, and experimentation Translate customer insights and business objectives into clear product vision, roadmaps, PRDs, and success metrics Drive hands-on execution by working closely with engineering and design teams on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery Partner with analytics teams to track KPIs such as retention, LTV, churn, conversion, and monetization performance Continuously optimize products through A/B testing, experimentation, and rapid iteration Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, customer support, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive product experiences Act as a product thought leader, mentoring junior product managers and raising the overall product bar within the organization Required Skills & Experience 9–12 years of product management experience, with a strong background in consumer tech / B2C digital products Proven experience building and scaling customer-first products with measurable impact on retention and engagement Strong hands-on experience in customer retention, loyalty programs, subscriptions, and monetization strategies Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics and insights to inform product decisions Excellent understanding of user experience, behavioral design, and growth principles Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams and drive execution in agile environments Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth consumer tech environments is highly preferred
