We are searching for a PM Leader who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Product Managers based in Israel. This role is responsible for people leadership and execution excellence across a defined set of product areas, while partnering closely with global product leadership and stake holders, to deliver against company-wide product strategy and priorities. Responsibilities · Own and drive product execution across the product areas and PMs within scope, ensuring delivery aligns with company strategy and priorities. · Lead, manage, and develop a team of product managers. · Foster a product culture grounded in accountability, ownership and continuous learning. · Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to support effective planning, prioritization, and delivery. · Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure product decisions are informed by customer needs and real-world usage. · Support PMs in translating global product strategy into clear, actionable plans. · Establish and maintain product management best practices, standards, and operating rhythms across the PM team. · Drive consistency in discovery, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivery practices. · Drive continuous improvement in how product teams operate and collaborate. · Own hiring, onboarding, performance management and coaching for PMs within scope. · Act as a trusted product leader and escalation point for complex delivery or stakeholder challenges. Requirements · 10+ years of experience in Product Management managing B2B and/or B2B2C digital health products, with significant experience in the digital health or healthcare technology industry, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part., · Proven experience leading a PM team, with strong people-management focus. · Strong understanding of modern product management practices and methodologies. · Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. · Outstanding analytical skills. · Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
