Responsibilities

TRAINING DELIVERY RELATED TASKS:

  • Specializing in courses on SAP system administration topics, focusing on SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and on-premises) system administration and/or SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Deliver training sessions (including international) across all offered channels and formats, such as instructor-led training, customer-specific training, SAP Live Class (all virtual formats).
  • Active support of instructors from the internal and external network who are not teaching full-time.
  • Communication with customers beyond the class topics and solving of respective queries independently, acting as a trusted advisor for our customer and partners.
  • Usage of integration knowledge to position the added value to our customers and partners within delivery and to develop / realize ideas for further Education products.
  • Leading complex CST qualifications, including the respective coordination and customer contact. Managing customer expectations appropriately.
  • Taking over global content responsibility (ECM), also for innovative topics.
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of various Enablement paths provided by SAP Education (not only focusing on ILT).

EDUCATION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RELATED TASKS:

  • Delivery of content development activities, also for innovative topics (material, system, course description, SSG etc.) and adaption of content related to customer requirements.
  • Providing input within Learning Journey Design workshops for courses in the respective functional coordination area.
  • Quality assurance with respect to material and system (e.g. content related reviews, demonstration and exercise tests, translation reviews) and new external/internal instructors (Readiness check)
  • On Demand development of Stay Current content.
  • Support of Learning Needs Analysis.
  • Leading Learning Hub and Learning Room activities.
  • Leading Demand Generation activities (e.g. delivering Webinars) and other external and internal rollout tasks.
  • Supporting Business Development activities (e.g. SAP Education Forums, Bootcamps)
  • Collaboration with other units inside SAP Education Delivery (e.g. Scheduling, Staffing)
  • Collaboration with units outside SAP Education Delivery (e.g. Education Sales, Production, Systems, Development, Consulting, University)
  • Proactively increasing internal/external network (e.g. Solution Management, Development, Consulting, Education Production, Partner etc.)
