Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to coordinate activities and ensure timely delivery of products. Performance monitoring: Track of operational performance and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams focused on initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency increase across the product lifecycle. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to customers, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry. Skills: Project management. Excellent team management abilities.
