To support our business at our site in Amsterdam, Netherlands, we are looking for a:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in international management, Economics or a similar field, preferably with a specialization in logistics and supply chain
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-6 years’ working experience within the Supply Chain and/or Aerospace industry.
  • Language: Strong English skills to communicate effortlessly with both internal and external Stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Systems: Proficient use of common ERP Systems, preferably SAP as well as the MS Office package with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Language: Preferably you have good proficiency in French.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, decisiveness, and flexibility.
  • Motivation & Mindset: A “customer first” mindset with an excellent service orientated and well-organized way to tackle your duties.
  • Previous working environment: Experience working in an international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support Product/Engine Line Manager in daily operations.
  • Understand and communicate customer part requirements to internal teams and vendors.
  • Provide delivery updates to customers.
  • Manage critical part allocations and monitor the Customer Open Order Report.
  • Ensure delivery service levels meet market expectations.
  • Conduct sales analyses and stay informed about market dynamics.
  • Facilitate supplier relationships and ensure performance meets contractual obligations.
  • Develop and implement supply base plans to support strategies.
  • Analyze supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in improvement activities and provide insights into contracting strategies.
