REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
4+ years related product management or technical experience required
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Manage the product life cycle of your respective portfolio.
Manage the financial performance for the product line, including revenue attainment and margin.
Responsible for new product launch including defining requirements, establishing pricing, and marketing collateral. Works closely with other functional teams to appropriately prioritize and staff the initiatives to support a new product launch.
Advise operations on product demand information including forecast and timing.
Define and execute the product lines short- and long-term strategy with input from key stakeholders. Participates in technology and product roadmap development to identify new and/or growth opportunities.
Research competitive products and uncover customer needs by attending trade shows, monitoring market-specific publications and social media, and communicating regularly with customers and the sales teams.
Evaluate product performance relative to market and recommend changes to reduce cost, improve lead-time, improve product performance, and revise promotional strategies.
Supports sales calls, quotes, bid preparations, and product loads in appropriate systems.
