Responsibilities
Analyse the product marketplace, trends, and competitors, and report on key findings.
Perform monthly control checks across various products.
Review customer breakpoints and Voice of Customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and support proposition refinement.
Support the rollout of product, process, regulatory, and policy changes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate internal communications and training materials to enhance product knowledge and capability.
Triage product-related enquiries, responding to and resolving straightforward queries as needed.Assist in managing operational risk incidents and issues related to the product, including executing control updates when required.
