$185,000.00 - $300,000.00

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of Commercial Card Product Management Director to lead the transformation of our commercial card business - modernizing the platform, enhancing client experience, and delivering scalable growth. This leader will bring deep payments expertise and proven experience in driving transformation at scale, ensuring disciplined execution while aligning with innovation and platform strategies led by peers.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead modernization of core product capabilities, processes, and client experience through Transformation Leadership.
  • Apply deep knowledge of commercial cards, interchange economics, virtual card adoption, supplier enablement, and B2B payment flows.
  • Establish governance, KPIs, and delivery frameworks to ensure strategy translates into measurable outcomes.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing product team with strong collaboration across multiple domains including Tech, Risk, Sales, Digital, Supplier Enablement, and more.
  • Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors
  • Analyze customer and results-oriented information
  • Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements
  • Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product and service management
  • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Job Expectations:

Pay Range for New York, NY and San Francisco Bay Area: $185,000.00 - 300,000.00 annually
