JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Product Management Director with deep expertise in technical marketing and sales enablement to drive adoption and market success for Network Edge. This role bridges product innovation with customer impact—crafting compelling narratives, technical assets, and enablement strategies that empower our sales teams, partners, and customers.
You will be the technical voice of the product, translating complex capabilities into actionable insights, tools, and experiences that accelerate customer success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or sales engineering in networking, cloud, or infrastructure domains
  • Proven success in bridging product innovation with customer adoption
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical depth into business value
  • Deep understanding of hybrid multicloud networking and networking technologies, including SD-WAN, firewalls, segmentation, virtualized infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code, including hands-on experience with network design, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with vendor ecosystems (Cisco, Juniper, AWS, Azure, GCP) and channel partner enablement
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and engaging with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

Technical Marketing and Enablement

  • Develop and maintain design guides (planning, implementation, migration, security, performance, segmentation, troubleshooting)
  • Create high-level and low-level design templates and collaborate with the Solution Builder team for implementation
  • Produce technical videos, demos, and proof-of-value guides showcasing agility, speed, cost savings, and distributed architecture benefits
  • Co-author vendor-specific deployment guides and demos
  • Lead technical enablement for global sales teams, channel partners, and analysts
  • Maintain and evolve certification training content and labs based on new stack implementations

Customer and Field Engagement

  • Act as a technical point of contact for strategic customer engagements, supporting planning, design, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Backstop Global Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, and Support Services
  • Lead pilot and beta engagements to ensure customer success with new features
  • Respond to technical RFPs, maintain boilerplate content, and support field inquiries

Product Strategy and Feedback

  • Provide competitive analysis across direct and indirect competitors
  • Deliver product development feedback based on hands-on experience and customer engagements
  • Maintain technical repositories, presentations, and community engagement assets
