The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements for the product initiatives that you own
  • Drive product roadmap planning, feature prioritization across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and put them into product requirement documents (PRD)
  • Work with the design and development team to translate business requirements into products and systems that drive enterprise efficiency
  • Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios, coordinate the testing and live releases
  • Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of the product pipeline
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure and drive product success
  • Prioritize and resolve any issues that are escalated in a timely manner and promptly communicate the progress for critical live issues
  • Regularly update and engage with your key stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management, consulting, system analyst or similar role
  • Experience in HCM software applications is a plus
  • Logical and possesses excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to dive deep into business scenarios and understand real pain points faced by business and users
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment, and possesses a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive complicated discussions and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in English
