Job Description Assist in identifying and analyzing user & business needs to support product development. Help document clear and structured product requirements (user stories & acceptance criteria). Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and stakeholders during feature development. Support analysis of product usage data, user feedback, and feature performance. Maintain product documentation, process flows, and key learnings. Job Requirements Fresh graduate or final‑year student (flexible class schedule). Background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience or projects in Product Management is a strong plus. Passionate about IT with strong analytical & problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and people management skills. Familiar with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Confluence, Notion, Postman, BloomRPC, etc. Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced product environment. Willing to Work From Office (WFO) at Mampang – Blue Bird Head Office.
