As Product Management Lead, Customer Requirements, Central, you will play a pivotal role in understanding, shaping, and influencing customer requirements for top priority customers. In this role, you will lead a team of customer requirements managers, providing direction, coaching, and prioritization to ensure high-quality and consistent customer engagement. You will operate at the intersection of customers, Market Units, and RAN Product Management teams, ensuring that customer business needs are clearly translated into actionable product requirements and prioritized roadmap items. Alongside your own customer responsibilities, you will guide the team’s work to ensure alignment with overall product strategy and regional priorities. This role involves close collaboration with key customers across the full product lifecycle — from early requirement scoping and commercial discussions to roadmap alignment, release execution, and lifecycle support.
