We are seeking an experienced Product Management Lead to help scale and operationalize a growing Product Management team in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, establish scalable processes, and ensure alignment across multiple product lines. You’ll drive operational rigor, clarity, and accountability while partnering with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to shape roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business and customer impact. Accountabilities Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth, development, and high performance. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development for new PMs as the team scales. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute a high-impact product roadmap and ensure alignment on priorities. Design and implement scalable product development processes, including planning cadences, product reviews, prioritization rituals, and cross-functional communication systems. Drive accountability, clarity, and successful delivery across multiple product lines, aligning team OKRs with business goals. Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and impact. Proven experience managing and mentoring Product Managers, preferably in a growth-stage or high-performing product environment. Strong operational leadership and execution discipline, with the ability to introduce structure without slowing innovation. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of building consensus across diverse teams. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity for the team. Bias for action and ownership mentality; leads by example and inspires accountability. Experience in customer-facing products and/or fintech or e-commerce is a plus but not required.
