YOU WILL:

  • Lead the generation of deep customer insights to define product positioning and value propositions.
  • Support customer research across UK and EU markets, including online/offline surveys and focus groups, to refine target customer profiles.
  • Manage end-to-end product launches, from pre-launch to post-launch.
  • Monitor product lifecycle health (market share, customer satisfaction, competitive benchmarking) and drive product iteration.
  • Oversee launch preparations, including product specification confirmation, ordering processes on digital platforms, and on-time delivery alignment.
  • Support go-to-market planning for new products in the European market, aligning with the global launch schedule.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Product Management Manager to join our Marketing team in Coventry. This role is pivotal in shaping our product positioning, driving successful launches, and ensuring our offerings meet and exceed customer expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
  • Have experience in Product Marketing or Strategic Management within the premium automotive or consumer technology sectors.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Maintain momentum under high pressure (e.g., supply chain disruption, PR crises).
  • Adapt communication effectively across diverse European cultures.
  • Possess excellent Excel skills.
  • Be available to work from the Coventry office at least 3 days per week (ideally 4–5).
