ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to take ownership of key product areas and drive impactful outcomes. In this role, you will work across the full product lifecycle — from identifying customer problems to building, launching, and iterating on solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that customers love. WHAT YOU’LL DO CUSTOMER & PROBLEM DISCOVERY * Engage with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs * Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities * Translate user problems into clear product requirements PRODUCT STRATEGY & EXECUTION * Own features or modules that improve workflows and automation * Define product requirements, write PRDs, and prioritize based on impact * Drive execution from concept → development → launch → iteration CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION * Partner with engineering and design to build scalable, user-friendly solutions * Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to support launches and adoption * Act as the product voice across teams and stakeholders DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING * Track feature adoption, usage metrics, and customer outcomes * Use data and insights to improve product experiences * Measure success through customer and business impact ROADMAP OWNERSHIP * Contribute to or own product roadmaps aligned with company goals * Balance short-term execution with long-term strategy * Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and timelines clearly WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE * 3–8 years of experience in Product Management (SaaS or tech preferred) * Experience working on B2B SaaS products (FinTech/Finance is a plus) PRODUCT SKILLS * Strong problem-solving and structured thinking * Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive solutions * Experience delivering features end-to-end COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience working with cross-functional teams * Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment DATA & EXECUTION * Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making * Familiarity with product metrics, experimentation, and iteration SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field * Experience with SaaS product development and launches * Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier) is a plus WHY JOIN GROWFIN * Build products used daily by finance leaders * High ownership and real impact on customers * Collaborative and execution-driven culture * Opportunity to shape a growing SaaS platform
