For the further development of our CGM TI-2.0 access client, we are looking for a person who, with a clear focus on user-friendliness, security and excellent collaboration, will help shape the digital access to the telematics infrastructure of tomorrow.

Your contribution: 

• Take responsibility for the further development of our TI-2.0 access client throughout the entire product lifecycle and design modern, user-friendly and secure access models to the telematics infrastructure. 
• Analyze and prioritize the requirements of medical practices, medical facilities and other healthcare users, and derive a customer-oriented product strategy that creates real added value in everyday practice. 
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams from development, UX/UI, sales, customer success and other stakeholders to create intuitive and easy-to-use products that build trust and simplify the use of TI. 
• Consistently represent the perspective of our customers (“ Voice of the Customer”), continuously validate product ideas and features with users and customers, and ensure that features can be understood and used without extensive training. 
• Plan and conduct customer interviews , workshops, usability tests and feedback formats, monitor market, competitive and TI developments and identify new product potentials to actively shape the future of digital healthcare . 

You bring the following:

• Several years of outstanding professional experience in product management of digital products or software solutions, ideally with proven experience in developing user-centric products and digital user experiences. 
• Strong customer focus and high empathy for users, coupled with the ability to translate complex technical issues into simple and understandable solutions that sustainably simplify everyday life in practices and institutions. 
• Excellent understanding of UX and UI principles, as well as experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary development teams and external stakeholders, especially major clients and partners such as gematik. 
• Secure stakeholder management as well as strong communication and moderation skills , with which you build trust, structure requirements and convincingly represent the customer perspective internally and externally. 
• A structured, analytical, and independent work style, as well as an affinity for agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Experience in the healthcare sector or knowledge of the telematics infrastructure is advantageous, but not mandatory.
