Description of the department Support the process in structuring AXA IM Alts’ answers to Requests for Proposals (‘RFPs’) or due diligence meetings (DD), from kick-off to pitch preparation. Contribute to the production of high-quality content on Alts’ expertise overall. Your role and responsibilities will include: Coordinate resources and compile information across the company to answer RFPs, DD or to prepare client pitches (defining timeframe, identifying sources of information, highlighting critical items) Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders/subject matter experts of AXA IM Alts (portfolio managers, structuration, middle office etc.) to gather all relevant inputs Work in close cooperations with capital raisers and investment teams to prepare and deliver top notch content for RFPs, DD and clients pitches Structure RFPs and DD with a marketing approach to promote Alts’ competitive advantages Ensure feedback is received subsequent to submitting the RFP or after a DD and follow-up on action plans to contribute to the improvement of our offering and process Maintain standard content Produce the funds newsletters in collaboration with investment and Client Group teams Education Skills & Experience Education Studying for a degree in Finance, Maths, Economics or related subject on a 4-year University degree course with 3rd year work placement included Skills Client centric view with proven ability to listen and translate client needs across the business in order to convert pipeline into business Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise, and to maintain a positive attitude in, sometimes, pressured and challenging situations. Attention to detail A self-motivated and committed team player Ability to work in a global matrix environment and work across assets, products, teams and countries Experience Understanding of client process and sales cycle with ability to go the extra mile to help transform a pipeline into sales Demonstrated ability to structure marketing messages and propose content to help market real asset products / capture ideas and market trends to help better position our offering in macro/client context Operating within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output could be linked with maintaining a positive attitude in pressured situations Proven track record in operating within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output Fluent in English (verbal and written), French would be a plus What we offer This internship is an excellent opportunity to discover an international working environment.
