We are looking for a Team Lead, Product Management to lead a group of Product Managers responsible for core areas of the Vega platform. In this role, you will combine strong product leadership with hands-on execution, owning strategy and delivery while coaching and developing PMs on your team. You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ensure the team is building the right things, in the right way, for our customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead and manage a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and development Own product strategy and roadmap across multiple related product areas within Vega Ensure clear problem definition, prioritization, and execution across your team’s scope Partner closely with engineering and design leads to align product direction, technical decisions, and delivery plans Act as a senior product voice with internal stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership Engage directly with customers to understand enterprise SOC workflows and security challenges Translate company-level goals into clear objectives and priorities for your product team Identify opportunities where AI-native approaches can meaningfully improve security operations and analyst workflows Drive competitive analysis and market insight to inform product decisions and positioning Support go-to-market efforts with clear product narratives and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer teams Raise the bar for product quality, customer focus, and execution discipline across the team Requirements WHAT YOU WILL BRING 5+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B Enterprise SaaS, preferably in high-growth startups 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring Product Managers, or acting as a de facto team lead 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security analytics, or security operations Strong ability to balance people leadership with hands-on product ownership Proven experience defining and delivering products in complex, technical domains Experience working directly with large enterprise customers and security leadership Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, and go-to-market teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions Strategic mindset combined with strong execution instincts Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities
