🚀 Why Headout? We’re a rocketship: 9-figure revenue, record growth, and profitable With $130M in revenue, guests in 100+ cities, and 18 months of profitability, Headout is the fastest-growing marketplace in the travel industry, and we’re just getting started. We've raised $60M+ from top-tier investors and are building a durable company for the long term — because that's what our mission needs and deserves. We’re growing, profitable and nowhere near done. What we do is important In an increasingly digital world, there is a desperate need to augment our human experience by getting us to interact with the real world around us and the people in it. At Headout, our mission is to be the easiest, fastest, and most delightful way to head out to a real-life experience — from immersive tours to museums to live events and everything in between. Why now? The foundation is strong. The opportunity ahead is even bigger. We’ve hit profitability, built momentum, and proven the model — but there’s so much more to build. If you’re looking to join a company where the trajectory is steep and your impact is real, this is the moment. Our culture Reinventing the travel industry isn't easy, but that's the fun part. In this role, you’ll help build and improve the internal platforms and tools that power how experiences are created, localized, and managed across the company. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Operations, Localization, and other Product Managers to ship product improvements that help teams move faster and work more effectively. You’ll own scoped problem areas end-to-end — understanding user needs, defining success metrics, driving execution, and learning from real usage. As Headout scales from 5k experiences in 190+ cities to 50k experiences in 500 cities, strong internal systems are critical. This role offers hands-on exposure to how large-scale platforms are built and iterated over time. 🤩 What Makes This Role Special Build for Scale: The tools you work on are used daily by internal teams to create, manage, and deliver experiences globally. Learn by Doing: Take features from idea to release and see their impact through real adoption and usage. Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with engineering, ops, localization, and product peers to solve practical problems. See Clear Impact: Your work directly improves speed, quality, and consistency across internal workflows. 🌟 What You’ll Work On Own and execute on internal tools that power Operations, Content, and Localization teams. Lead development of platforms such as a global CMS supporting 200+ cities and 50,000+ experiences globally. Drive workflow improvements and automation initiatives that directly enable the company to scale. Translate internal user pain points into well-defined problems, requirements, and measurable success metrics. Work in close partnership with Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable features through iterative releases. Ensure features are adopted by internal teams through continuous feedback, iteration, and improvements. Measure and communicate impact in terms of efficiency gains, scalability, and operational leverage. 💝What Skills & Experience You Need 2+ years of experience in a product, program, or adjacent role. Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Structured problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Comfort making day-to-day product decisions and moving work forward. Interest in platforms, systems, and internal tools. Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments How to Apply?
