To strengthen our product organisation, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in Niš, Serbia. As Product Manager, you are the guardian of the logical and consistent behaviour of the Atfinity application. You ensure that existing and new features work together seamlessly, remain understandable, and behave in a predictable and well-documented way. You act as the central reference point for how the system is designed to function and evolve. Tasks Your tasks will include Maintaining and extending a clear, structured product documentation that reflects the current system behaviour Helping to define and describe new features, ensuring they integrate cleanly with existing functionality Supporting Quality Assurance by clarifying expected behaviour, edge cases, and acceptance criteria Acting as the bridge between configuration, development, and QA to ensure consistency and quality Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any field (degree in engineering, mathematics, economics or english is an advantage) Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills Great communication skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems Excellent spoken and written English skills Experience with working with banks is a plus Valid working permit for Serbia Most important: Somebody with a curious mind and a fast learner Benefits Be part of a successful Swiss company with a growing team in Niš A long-term career opportunity As a young company, we are mostly about results, not about procedures.
