As a Product Manager for Accessories, you will play a critical role in driving business growth across designated markets, acting as a key link between vendors, partners, and customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving attach rates, and ensuring strong alignment with vendor priorities to deliver sustained growth across retail, enterprise, SME, and telecom channels. Key Qualifications: You understand the importance of ecosystem selling and how accessories enhance the overall connected device experience. You bring strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive category growth through attach and bundling strategies. You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a wide SKU portfolio while maintaining focus on profitability and efficiency. You are an excellent communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across sales, marketing, and partners. You are confident presenting insights and strategies, simplifying complexity and driving action. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring agility, ownership, and a strong execution mindset. Education and Experience: • Graduate / Engineer / Postgraduate • 10–12 years of experience, with 8–10 years in sales/category management Information Classification: Public • Vendor product certification preferred • Strong understanding of technology ecosystem and accessories portfolio • Commercial acumen with a P&L ownership mindset • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills • Data-driven decision-making capability • Ability to manage multiple SKUs and complex inventory.
