About the Team
Our team is responsible for delivering transparent, fair, and user-friendly safety experiences across the platform. Our work includes protecting creators from impersonation and mismoderation, and improving key user journeys such as enforcement transparency, education, reporting, and appeals. We aim to ensure that safety measures are effective, consistent, and trusted by all users.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy for creator protection and safety experiences, with a focus on transparency, fairness, and usability.
  • Build intuitive workflows for reporting, appeals, and creator education to strengthen trust in platform safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, operations, policy, and data science) to develop scalable solutions.
  • Establish clear success metrics, evaluate user feedback, and use data insights to continuously optimize the safety experience across user journeys.
  • Lead cross-team discussions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-impact projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of product management in Internet companies, or related experience. Have a deep understanding of internet products, strong execution ability, and good stress resistance.
  • Strong user-centered mindset with proven ability to translate complex safety needs into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or creator experience.
  • Familiarity with enforcement workflows (e.g., reporting, penalties, appeals).
  • Background in designing user education or transparency features.
  • Passion for empowering creators and enhancing platform trust.
