The Opportunity

As Product Manager Coach, you'll provide senior product leadership, coaching and strategic oversight across a portfolio of enterprise data and analytics products, helping to establish a unified product vision and roadmap.Working closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Architects, Engineering teams and senior business stakeholders, you'll support the transition towards product-led data delivery, ensuring analytics capabilities are scalable, reusable and aligned with business priorities.This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, balance competing commercial and technical priorities, and drive meaningful improvements in product management practices across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll play a key role in driving product strategy and transformation by:Defining and developing a unified product vision and strategy across enterprise data and analytics capabilities.
• Leading the development of a strategic product roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives, investment decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Coaching Product Managers, Product Owners and delivery teams to embed effective product-led operating models and agile practices.
• Managing competing stakeholder priorities across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partnering with Delivery Managers, Architects and Engineering teams to translate product priorities into actionable delivery plans.
• Supporting quarterly planning, backlog prioritisation and product governance to drive consistent and effective delivery.
• Establishing product success measures, monitoring value realisation and promoting data-driven decision-making.
• Overseeing product investment considerations, including budgets, funding requests, business cases and vendor relationships.
• Driving adoption of enterprise analytics products, improving user engagement and reducing fragmented reporting solutions.
• Collaborating with third-party technology partners to support platform optimisation, innovation and long-term scalability.

About You

• You will be an experienced Product Management professional with a strong background in data and analytics, excellent stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to influence product strategy across complex enterprise environments.You will also have:Significant experience in Product Management leadership within data, analytics or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven expertise in defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps and product-led operating models.
• Strong experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and competing business priorities.
• Experience overseeing product portfolios across multiple business domains and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies, product governance and backlog prioritisation.
• Experience managing product investments, funding decisions, business cases and value realisation.
• Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders.
• A commercially focused, collaborative approach with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes.

• Desirable experience includes:Experience working with Tableau, Databricks and cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP data environments, including SAP BW, Datasphere or S/4HANA.
• Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality and enterprise analytics principles.
• Experience within retail, merchandising, product development, supply chain or customer analytics environments.
• Experience managing external vendors, consulting partners and strategic technology suppliers.
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring Product Managers or Product Owners.
