Description:

Our Company
Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
The Opportunity
Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, and a primary interaction point for our customers. Within Adobe.com, the Experience and Engagement (XE) organization manages surfaces that unlock membership value for our customers by helping them discover, access, and successfully use our solutions.
Our data product management team helps each surface owner better understand our users. Working cross functionally with surface owners and engineering teams, we develop dashboards, enable data sources, and build pipelines to help product leaders create outstanding journeys for all customers.
Working in close partnership with fellow team members across Adobe, you will drive the future direction and strategy for our data products for Adobe.com and XE.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with surface owners to understand their current and future business requirements.
Consult with surface owners especially during planning cycles and business crises.
Deeply understand our existing data products for each of our surfaces.
Write and develop detailed requirements for dashboards and data pipelines.
Balance between customer’s needs, end user data factors, and Adobe’s business needs to identify impactful opportunities for data products with compelling user experiences.
Define measurable goals and metrics and ensure their adoption. These range from strategic business unit KPIs to pragmatic metrics for new Gen AI features.
Build and prioritize a 6–12-month roadmap making thoughtful trade-offs to balance quality, customer value, and schedule.
Set priorities and run a backlog of features and functionality; and work with engineering, design, and QA to meet those requirements.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Privacy, to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate, and launch new data products.
Identify, prioritize, and drive resolution for project issues.
Present key findings and influence leadership decision-making by demonstrating a thorough understanding of business and product strategy.
