Description
Responsible for the development and execution of all aftermarket product lines strategies, pricing strategies, competitor assessments and strategy, and new product launch to the market for assigned product(s). This role is accountable for growing aftermarket revenue, product portfolio management, life-cycle management, margin, cost out (VAVE), and market share goals. The role will be responsible of project and program management for aftermarket product launches and will interface with the other staff functions to ensure cross communication required to execute new product launches and promotional activities. Development and execution of product lines strategies, programs, roadmaps and promotions to accelerate aftermarket growth in support of annual Profit Plan (PP) and Strategic Plan. Drive for achievement of aftermarket product lines profitability, revenue, margin, and cost out initiatives. Monitor sales and program success by product lines against Profit Plan and Forecast goals Participation in annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan development for assigned aftermarket products Communicate aftermarket needs with production function in the related plants and global product strategy team to support growth initiatives including cost targets, competitive intelligence, and portfolio needs and strategies. Proactively address changing conditions by identifying issues and developing recommendations to mitigate risks and achieve targets Lead competitive assessments including ensuring updated cross references, product data, pricing strategies, and portfolio requirements to maintain market position. Work with marketing communications team to develop required marketing collateral material including catalogs, brochures, advertising, press releases, and/or sell sheets to support the strategy execution. Lead development of critical information required for online/digital presence for product line including weights, dimensions, photographs, product categorizations, cross references, etc. Attend aftermarket shows as appropriate to communicate key messages and to drive growth. Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans that deliver on scope, schedule, and financial commitments and build effective cross-functional team dynamics Leverage program management standard work processes, tools, systems, and performance measures to provide an operational cadence, agility and transparency during project execution. Bachelor's/Master degree: marketing, business, or engineering 5 years' experience in successful implementation Sales and Marketing/Aftermarket based initiatives, Product Management / Product Strategy experience / Program Management Fluent in Enlish Experience in Marketing and Sales / Aftermarket Knowledge of products: tranmissions, clutch, torque, engine parts, hydraulics - nice to have Experience in automotive or electrical industries Solid Microsoft Office skills; Program management skills standard tools as PMP/PMI, Certifications A results oriented and highly adaptable person who is a supportive team player in a corporateand multicultural environment Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results Good written and verbal communication and influencing skills Ability to work in a cross-functional team
