YOUR EXPERIENCE

You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and have a passion for technology and product management. You have experience working with SaaS products in enterprise product development, productivity, or collaboration markets. You have succeeded with products that offer a free trial. You think strategically about product functionality while also being exceptionally detail-oriented. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are an advocate for the products you work on. You have a deep curiosity and strong motivation to use AI to improve and accelerate everything you do. You care deeply about customer needs and wants and have a design eye for lovable user experiences. Ultimately, you have a “get it done” attitude and a background of delivering superb work again and again.

Responsibilities
  • Interacting directly with customers to understand what they are really asking for
  • Collaborating with product and company leadership to help define the product roadmap
  • Supporting a cross-functional team to deliver product enhancements and new features
  • Identifying opportunities to build AI-enhanced capabilities
  • Prioritizing functionality based on product goals and customer needs
  • Working closely with the user experience and engineering teams to design and build outstanding customer experiences
  • Developing core positioning and messaging for new releases
  • Supporting go-to-market activities
  • Measuring the use of new feature
