We are looking for an intern to work on one of our top initiatives : Sendbird's AI Agent platform. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to support building, integrating, and deploying intelligent agents across real-world use cases. If you are excited about AI, curious about how products solve real customer problems, and eager to learn fast - you'll fit right in, What you will do Work alongside the AI Agent Product Manager to build and deploy AI agents on Sendbird’s platform and integrate with customers’ systems. Participate in market, user, and competitive research to identify opportunities that strengthen the AI Agent's positioning in the industry. Learn to navigate the AI technology stack, including LLM evaluation (Claude, GPT, Gemini), RAG pipelines, TTS solutions, evaluations, and vector stores - assisting in documentation, benchmarking, and internal evaluations. Support and lead new initiatives (0 --> 1 or incremental releases), including drafting product requirement documents, managing internal feedback, and tracking post-launch performance. Participate in weekly product reviews and OKR check-ins, contributing insights and supporting team execution with strong attention to detail. Assist in preparing product demos, presentations, and customer communication materials to evangelize the AI Agent vision internally and externally Who you are Customer-Centric Learner : You are curious about how products can solve real customer problems and create delightful user experiences. Technically Curious : You're excited about AI/ML technologies and eager to understand how systems like LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks actually work in practice. You don't need to know it all - but you love learning fast. Outcome-Oriented and Proactive : You like moving ideas into action, tracking progress, and seeing impact - even on small projects. You believe iteration is the key to great products. Collaborative Communicator : You enjoy working with engineers, designers, and business teams. You're not afraid to ask questions, share your thoughts, and document your learnings clearly. Builder's Mindset : You're excited by the idea of joining an early-stage AI product team where ideas turn into prototypes fast and where experimentation is part of the daily rhythm. What you bring Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in AI/ML, conversational AI, or new LLM-powered software applications Analytical and data-driven mindset - comfortable using metrics and feedback to make decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English; comfortable working in global, cross-functional environment. Enthusiasm for learning how product management works in a high-growth startup. Even better if you offer (optional) Prior 0->1 product experience - ideally having built and launched something from scratch, such as in a founder or early team role.
