Job Title: Product Manager: AI Agents (Anoa)
Reporting to: Chief Product and Marketing Officer
Location: Hybrid – Bristol Hub (Hybrid – Up to 2 days in the office per week)

We’re looking for a Product Manager: AI Agents to own and evolve Anoa’s roadmap, creating intelligent, empathetic, and seamless user experiences that transform how people engage with healthcare technology.

  • Own and deliver the AI Agent roadmap, driving innovation across all user groups.
  • Design intuitive, human-like conversational flows that make complex tasks effortless.
  • Configure, build, and optimise automations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Leverage real-time data and analytics to create personalised, context-aware solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, product marketing, and business leaders to push boundaries.
  • Champion adoption, building trust and confidence in Anoa across the organisation.
  • Lead and support our Knowledge Base Executive, ensuring Anoa is always learning and improving.
