About the team: This is a unique opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s client experience as part our Global Product Management team. Our mission is to create effortless, customer-centric, habit-forming digital experiences that enable clients to solve their mission critical priorities. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to partner with engineering team, UX and data scientists to build and improve Gartner’s customer experience platform. What you will do: Own product roadmap for the AI platform, aligning it with business priorities, AI adoption goals, and Data Science/ML Engineering needs Translate platform users’ needs (data scientists, ML engineers, product teams) into clear requirements and partner with platform engineering and Infra teams to deliver scalable MLOps/LLMOps capabilities and governance. Prioritize and manage capabilities for frontier model access, including tools and workflows to host, fine‑tune, and train large models for different business use cases Define how MCP servers and reusable A2A templates are used so teams can quickly assemble safe, reusable AI workflows and agents Define and evolve tools for search ingestion and query pipelines, including connectors, indexing strategies, relevance controls and guardrails Work with platform SRE, security, and compliance to guarantee the AI Platform meets SLAs for availability, latency, and reliability, while adhering to governance, privacy, and auditability requirements. What you will need: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, product management, or a related technical field; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus 3-5 years of overall experience, 2+ years of experience in digital product management Proven experience working with technical products (big plus if with AI-ML platforms, LLMs, GenAI, autonomous/multi-agent systems) Experience leading scrum teams with a variety of business, data science and technical stakeholders Passion for innovation and continuous learning; Stay informed on AI/ML trends, agentic workflows, and enterprise integration best practices What you will get: Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Group Medical Insurance, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more!
