QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or above.- More than 3 years of product management work experience in the Internet industry.- Clear logic, willing to analyze the essence of things, good at solving problems systematically.- Familiar with the business operation mode of B-end products, experience in complete B-end product design and product management is preferred.

Responsible for the independent module design of Lark. Research efficient communication and collaboration methods or tools at work, and abstract users’ needs.2. Integrate product demands and technical platform, develop product strategy and roadmap for the team, coordinate internal and external resources of the team, control efficient operation of the project, and ensure users’ experience.3. Conduct in-depth research on users’ demands, design and refine the best practice for users to better promote Lark.4. Evaluate the effectiveness of Lark multi-dimensionally to meet users’ demands and maintain its competitiveness.
