This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 10-30 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Navi Mumbai JobType: full-time We are looking for a Product Manager – AI Transformation to drive the discovery, design, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across complex business domains such as commodities trading, financial markets, and related operations. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, translating real-world workflows into scalable, intelligent products. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with business leaders, domain experts, and end users to understand and document complex processes across commodities trading, hedge fund operations, quantitative finance, and related domains. Analyze existing workflows, data sources, and enterprise systems (including ERPs) to identify high-value data inputs for AI-driven use cases. Convert business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models for engineering and data science teams. Act as a domain SME for business processes, data requirements, and trade lifecycles involving commodities, derivatives (futures & options), and quantitative strategies. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to define data needs, interpret model outputs, and ensure AI solutions align with business goals. Support the full product lifecycle including solution design, development, UAT coordination, deployment, and post-implementation enhancements. Create and maintain detailed product and project documentation. Stay current with AI trends, LLM advancements, and best practices relevant to financial and trading ecosystems. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes. Required Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on technology-led initiatives. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and integration concepts. Proven ability to break down complex problems and translate them into actionable product solutions. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and product documentation. Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Figma for product and UX collaboration. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and modern LLM models. Strong grasp of Project Management fundamentals and SDLC. Exposure to financial markets and commodities (preferred). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred). Preferred Experience Direct involvement in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives. Domain experience in one or more of the following: Commodities Trading (Energy, Metals, Softs, Physicals) Commodity Futures & Options Hedge Funds / Asset Management Quantitative Trading / Finance Trade Finance or Operations Shipping & Logistics Familiarity with electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, or ETRM/CTRM solutions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus.
