Product Strategy & Roadmap Development Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights, market research, and business objectives. Conduct customer interviews and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify product opportunities. Establish clear value propositions and prioritize initiatives that maximize customer and business impact. Product Planning & Cross-functional Leadership Translate product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Lead cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Research, Design, Clinical Research, Compliance, and other stakeholders. Coordinate priorities, timelines, quality standards, and regulatory considerations throughout the product development lifecycle. Manage product delivery from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. Clinical Value & Global Product Operations Collaborate with Clinical Research teams to validate product effectiveness and clinical value. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and operational issues to drive continuous improvement. Support the development of clinical and product evidence, including case studies, white papers, and customer success stories. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning and market adoption. QualificationsRequired Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Program Management, or a related role. Strong ability to identify customer needs and solve problems through data-driven and hypothesis-driven approaches. Technical background through software development experience or extensive collaboration with engineering teams. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technical stakeholders, and business teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to learn complex domains quickly, particularly within healthcare and medical imaging environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading products through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing operations. Experience working within healthcare, medical imaging, medical device, or regulated software environments. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), regulatory processes, and technical documentation. Experience launching or managing products for global markets. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and influence decision-making across organizations. Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company.
