Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
  • Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to guide product development and ensure alignment with market requirements.
  • Manage products from launch through obsolescence, ensuring sustained performance, clinical relevance, and profitability
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of new products and updates.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of upstream marketing activities including voice of customer (VoC) gathering, competitive analysis, and market segmentation to define and prioritize product opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Communicate product plans, status, and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Act as the product champion internally and externally, representing the product line at conferences, customer meetings, and other events.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote the products.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
