Job Purpose/Role: We are seeking a committed and visionary Product Manager to lead the delivery of our Policy Administration applications in Asia, based in Singapore. This role is embedded in an agile environment, where you will act as the key link between business needs and delivery execution. The Policy Administration applications supports multiple functional areas and are continuously evolving to meet market demands. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and communication of the Product Vision, managing and maintaining the product backlog, evaluating, translating, and prioritizing stakeholder requirements into actionable work packages. Your role is pivotal in shaping the product to meet customer needs and business objectives, with the ultimate goal of maximizing product value across relevant market segments. Key Responsibilities: Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap based on business needs and customer feedback. Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business value. Define and refine Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope and ensure delivery of high-impact increments. Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable Demands/EPICs, ensuring they are well-defined, testable, and ready for PI planning. Prioritize backlog items based on stakeholder objectives, customer value, and technical feasibility in collaboration with Enterprise and System Architects. Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment and feedback loops. Coordinate cross-functional input and manage expectations across business domains. Represent customer needs and market insights in backlog prioritization and product decisions. Collaborate closely with other Product Owners and senior leaders to ensure cross-team alignment and shared goals. Champion agile principles and practices within the team and broader organization, acting as a role model for agile values and behaviors. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Participate in Agile ceremonies and Communities of Practice (CoP). Support the team in adopting agile tools and processes effectively. Demonstrate servant leadership by enabling the team to find solutions and innovate. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and encourage experimentation and feedback. Drive personal and team development through curiosity and openness to change. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Support data governance and documentation where applicable. Lead the planning and oversight of the OPUS run, change and enhancement budget, including the creation, documentation, and maintenance of EPICs (business cases and feature narratives) in alignment with AGCS funding and governance processes. Steer the AQUA project, driving the continuous enhancement, adoption, and regional scalability of the MidCorp broker portal to improve underwriting efficiency, speed to market, and customer experience. BAO tasks: user access review, BAO sign off. Key Experience / Requirements / Skills: Experience & Education Proven experience in Product Ownership, Agile delivery, or Project Management, ideally within a regulated environment. Strong background in stakeholder management, business analysis, or technical solution design. Experience working in cross-cultural and international teams, with a solid understanding of change management principles. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years, or equivalent professional experience (8+ years without a degree). Certification in Agile Fundamentals and Product Ownership (e.g., ICAgile, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance). Skills & Competencies Strong business acumen with the ability to align product decisions to strategic goals and market opportunities. Strong focus on customer experience and value delivery through iterative design and feedback. Strong influencing skills without formal authority; able to navigate and resolve conflicting priorities. Deep understanding of systems thinking, design thinking, and lean-agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Comfortable working with data and KPIs to inform product decisions and measure impact. Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to write clear, structured documentation and user stories. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Intermediate proficiency in AI-driven tools and insights, with the ability to integrate them into product decisions and team workflows. Language & Communication Fluent in English; fluency in any other language is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
