ABOUT THE POSITION:

We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to drive the development of our platform. In this role, you’ll serve as the crucial bridge between our software development teams and business stakeholders, to prioritize features and scope. You’ll collaborate daily with engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical product specifications while ensuring our solutions meet the rigorous demands of our customers – hospitals, schools, and trainees.
The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with deep user experience and an understanding of the needs of a variety of customers. You’ll need to effectively prioritize competing demands from various stakeholders, manage technical trade-offs with development teams, and maintain strong relationships with business users to ensure our product meets both technical feasibility and market needs.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills to facilitate understanding between technical and non-technical team members, along with the ability to make data-driven decisions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • College degree. In a technical field a bonus
  • Experience in medical education, healthcare, or related fields preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech, HealthTech, or SaaS products
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Jira or other agile project management tool a bonus
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, working with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams
  • Gather and analyze feedback from trainees, hospitals, schools and internal teams to inform product strategy
  • Define and prioritize product features that align with both user needs and business objectives ensuring ROI and support overall business strategy
  • Work in an agile model to create product requirement documentation and work closely with technical teams for successful implementation
  • Monitor product data to ensure solutions meet business requirements and KPIs
