• Own the development and roadmap of Smartvatten’s API and integration services, including standard and custom integrations.
• Ensure the satisfaction of customers and partners using the APIs, responding to their needs and feedback.
• Create and maintain up-to-date API documentation and guidance
• Monitor and analyze the performance of APIs and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the processes for onboarding, supporting, and following up on integrations, ensuring smooth collaboration with partners.
• Work with the Director of Commercial Partnerships to onboard new partners.
• Act as support for technical issues related to APIs, collaborating with the development team to resolve complex problems.
• Lead implementation and development projects for Custom APIs in collaboration with clients
