Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of building and scaling consumer internet products. You will own a core charter of the product, moving beyond just execution to define strategy, roadmap, and outcomes. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment and can balance deep user empathy with business-centric decision-making. Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur) Experience: 4+ years Requirements Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product vision and roadmap for your specific charter. Translate high-level business goals into actionable product strategies and prioritized features. Deep Customer Understanding: Lead user research and market analysis to identify latent needs. Be the voice of the customer within the organization to build products that solve real problems. Execution & Delivery: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation and PRD creation to launch and post-launch iteration. Ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality. Data-Driven Decision Making: Define success metrics (KPIs) for your products. rigorously analyze product funnels, run A/B tests, and use data to drive product improvements and growth. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a squad of engineers, designers, and analysts. Collaborate closely with Business, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful GTM strategies. Quality & UX Obsession: Work closely with the Design team to ensure a world-class, intuitive user experience. Uphold high standards for design and product quality. Qualification: 4+ years of relevant experience in Product Management. Must have experience building Consumer Internet products (B2C or high-scale B2B2C). Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment is strongly preferred. Proven ability to take a product from 0 to 1 or scale a product from 1 to 10. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from a Tier-1 institution. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and experimentation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders. First-principles thinking with a strong bias for action. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and drive clarity for the team. Solid understanding of technology stacks and the ability to have technical discussions with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
